This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Property Found. This Policy is effective for a period of 60 days from the date of the Referral Agreement’s execution.
Money-Back Guarantee
We are committed to delivering value and results to all of our members. If, for any reason, we fail to provide the promised services within 60 days of signup, we offer a full refund of the signup fee. However, please carefully review the following conditions to understand eligibility for a refund.
Full Payment Requirement
Refunds are only available to members who have paid the full signup fee. Members who have paid only a partial amount or have received a discounted rate for the signup fee are not eligible for a refund.
60-Day Commitment
To be eligible for a refund, members must remain active with us for the full 60-day period. Leaving the service before the completion of 60 days will result in failure to qualify for a refund.
Leads replacement policy
Failure to Provide Quality Leads: If Property Found fails to deliver any leads to the agent/broker as stipulated.
Non-Exclusivity of Leads: If the lead provided lacks primary exclusivity and has been shared with other agents/brokers within our network.
Lead’s Reluctance to Engage: If the lead(s) provided demonstrate an unwillingness to engage in business activities within 6 months from the date of assignment.
Pre-existing Contract: If the lead provided is already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.
Leads Outside Preferred Location: If the agent/broker opts to receive leads from areas outside their preferred location, such leads will be considered part of their monthly allocation and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Scenario 1 (Failure to Provide Quality Leads): The agent/broker must send a reminder to Property Found requesting the provision of the lead(s). If the Property Found fails to provide the lead(s) within one month from the reminder, the agent/broker may submit a claim for a refund.
Scenarios 2-5: The agent/broker must report the issue to Property Found with supporting evidence and request the replacement of the lead(s). If the Property Found does not provide a replacement within one month of reporting, the agent/broker may submit a claim for a refund of the sign-up fee.
It is the responsibility of the agent/broker to send the reminder or report concerns regarding lead replacement to Property Found within 48 hours of accepting the referral. Failure to do so will result in the leads being deemed satisfactory and ineligible for replacement or refund.
This Refund Policy takes effect as of the effective date mentioned above and supersedes all prior versions. By accepting the Referral Agreement with Property Found, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

Dispute/chargeback:
Note: If the Agent/Broker disputes a wrongful chargeback with his/her credit card issuer without notifying Property Found, then the Agent/Broker waives all rights to dispute and shall pay Property Found an “Administrative Fee” in the amount of $150 along with attorney cost. All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and reported to the real estate board, and are subject to heavy fines and/or other legal action that could be made against you. False claims of fraud can also have a direct effect on your credit rating.
