Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to the refund of the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement entered into with PropertyFound. This Policy remains valid for 60 days from the date the Referral Agreement is signed.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for the sign-up fee will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Failure to Deliver Quality Leads
    If PropertyFound fails to deliver any leads to the agent/broker as agreed upon in the Referral Agreement.

  2. Non-Exclusive Leads
    If the lead provided is not exclusive and has also been shared with other agents or brokers within the PropertyFound network.

  3. Unresponsive Leads
    If the lead(s) provided by PropertyFound shows no interest in engaging in real estate business within 9 months of being assigned.

  4. Lead Already Under Contract
    If it is determined that the lead was already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.

  5. Out-of-Area Leads
    If an agent/broker agrees to receive leads from outside their preferred zip code(s), those leads will count towards their monthly quota and will not be eligible for refund or replacement based on location.

Reporting Timeline

Agents/brokers are required to report any concerns or send reminders within 48 hours of accepting a referral. If no communication is made within this timeframe, the lead(s) will be deemed accepted and ineligible for refund or replacement.

This Refund Policy is effective from the date of Referral Agreement execution and overrides any prior policies. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept all terms stated in this Policy.
