Fees and Payments

  • Premium Plan: $1188
  • Advanced Agent Plan: $1788
  • All fees are non-refundable unless specified in a separate agreement.

User Responsibilities

Account Termination

  • PropertyFound reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • Breach of Terms
    • Misuse or misrepresentation of leads
    • Failure to pay applicable fees
    • Disputing charges without valid justification
    • Engaging in fraudulent activity or failing to report closed transactions
    Legal action may be pursued for unresolved disputes or unpaid fees, with users responsible for all associated legal costs.

Data Retention & Privacy

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wyoming, USA.
If court proceedings are required, the jurisdiction will remain within Wyoming courts. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover legal fees.

PropertyFound is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
