Cancellation Policy
Setup Fee
By enrolling in a PropertyFound plan, the Agent/Broker agrees to a non-refundable membership fee as follows:
$588 for the Plus Plan
$1188 for the Premium Plan
$17,88 for the Advanced Plan
These fees are required to activate your membership and are not eligible for refund.
Term and Termination
This Referral Service Agreement becomes effective on the Effective Date and will remain in force for one (1) year, automatically renewing annually unless terminated by either party.
Either PropertyFound or the Agent/Broker may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing 30 days’ written or emailed notice.
PropertyFound reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion without prior notice or liability, based on internal assessments.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the agreement is subject to automatic cancellation, ensuring a smooth and professional conclusion of services, allowing both parties to pursue alternative opportunities if necessary.
Effect of Termination
Any termination of the agreement does not affect compensation, discounts, or credits already earned or owed for leads referred prior to the termination date.
Automatic Renewal
Your plan will automatically renew annually at a $299 Membership Fee, billed to the payment method on file on or around your anniversary date.
If payment processing fails, PropertyFound will attempt to retry billing for up to 180 days, in line with our renewal practices.
No renewal notice will be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Payment Authorization & Account Updater
If your card expires or is replaced, you authorize PropertyFound to:
Update your card expiration date and continue billing.
Utilize Account Updater, a third-party service that automatically refreshes expired or replaced payment details to avoid service interruptions.
By signing up, you consent to this process and authorize the secure exchange of updated payment details through Account Updater.
Canceling Your Plan
Your membership begins on the signup date and remains active until terminated.
To cancel:
A 30-day written or emailed notice is required by either party.
The Agent/Broker must complete a service cancellation form in full and submit it via email.
A cancellation confirmation number must be obtained to finalize the cancellation.
